The short version
30 days to return apparel. Unworn, with tags. Beauty is final sale. Sale items are final sale.
How to return
- Email hello@palomathestudio.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Pack the item in its original condition — unworn, tags still attached, all original packaging.
- Drop it off at any USPS location.
- Once we receive and inspect (3–5 business days), we refund to your original payment method. Banks typically post the refund 2–5 business days after that.
Condition requirements
Returns must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, no signs of use
- Tags attached
- Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair
- In original packaging where applicable
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions or to deduct a restocking fee.
Exchanges
We don’t do direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the size/color you want. This is faster for you and ensures you actually get what you want (rather than waiting for us to process an exchange).
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.
What’s not returnable
- Beauty products — for hygiene reasons, all beauty items are final sale once opened
- Sale items — marked “Final Sale” at checkout
- Gift cards
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items without tags or showing signs of wear
International orders
International returns accepted within 30 days but buyer is responsible for return shipping. Duties and taxes paid on import are not refundable — those go to your government, not to us.
