Shipping costs
- US orders $120+: Free standard shipping
- US orders under $120: $8 flat rate
- US expedited (2–3 days): $18
- International: calculated at checkout based on weight + destination
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Click the link in that email for real-time updates. If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us.
Carriers
US orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and weight. International via DHL or the local postal service.
International duties & taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by your country. These are not included in our shipping cost and are collected by your local customs authority on delivery.
Lost or stolen packages
Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility transfers to you. If a package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors and your local post office. We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier, but we can’t issue refunds for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
