3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

See our Returns Policy for complete details. In summary: unworn apparel items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Beauty products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Sale items are final.

All content on this site — text, images, designs, logos, brand marks — is owned by PALOMA or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
